2️⃣ Someone who has completed quarantine or has been released from isolation does not pose a risk of infection to other people.

3️⃣ For most people, the immediate risk of becoming seriously ill from the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to be low.

4️⃣ Discourage others from sharing information from unverified sources.

What You Can Do

1️⃣ If you have or think you might have COVID-19, you should isolate, whether or not you have symptoms.

2️⃣ In addition to any measures your school may have implemented to reduce your risk, take additional steps to minimize the number of people you interact with.

3️⃣ If you are at increased risk for severe illness, check with your school to see if there are policies and practices in place to reduce your risk at work.

Helping Students Cope

Ways to support your students.

1️⃣ Talk with your students about the COVID-19 outbreak.

2️⃣ Reassure your students that they are safe. Let them know it is okay if they feel upset. Share with them how you deal with your own stress so that they can learn from you how to cope with stress.

3️⃣ Be a role model. Take breaks, get plenty of sleep, exercise, and eat well.

4️⃣ Be aware of any passing of loved ones in their family.

1️⃣ Take care of your emotional health. Taking care of your emotional health will help you think clearly and react urgently to protect yourself, your family and your students.

2️⃣ Take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories.

3️⃣ Know where and how to get treatment and other support services and resources, including counseling or therapy.

4️⃣ Make time to unwind. Try to do some other activities you enjoy
